The Muslim Community has been blessed with great benefits since a very long time by reciting this Salawath. It can be recited by an induvidual or by a group of people sitting in one place 4444 times in order to get his or their wishes fulfilled. Such recital have proved to be very effective in all cases. This Salawath is rightly named "THE FLAME OF FIRE" because it burns away all the evils troubling mumins. The noble practice of reciting this Salawath has been in vogue among the Sunnat Wal jamaa-at Muslims, especially among the Sufis of the Chishtiyyah Order(Tareeqah), for more than 400 years. The number 4444 is prescribed by the Sufis Sheikhs of the Chishtiyyah Tareeqah. This is also called as Salawathu Tafreejiyyah. Wudu(ablution) is not obligatory for its recital, but it is desirable.

The ingredients which constitute the basis of this Salawath are clearly expressed in the Aayat 157 of Soorah 7 of the Holy Quran. While this Salawath simply declares that evil knots will be untied, sorrow will end, calamities will vanish, wishes will be granted and cloud will shower rain etc. for the sake of the Holy Prophet Sallallaahu Alaihi Wasallam, the Holy Qur'an goes a step further. Almighty Allaah speaks about the extraordinary qualities of the Holy Prophet Sallallaahu Alaihi Wasallam and asserts in this Aayat that Holy Prophet Sallallaahu Alaihi Wasallam will relieve the Mumins of their burdens , difficulties and bondage. At the end of the Aayat , Allaah says that only those people who revere the Holy Prophet Sallallaahu Alaihi Wasallam will be successful. It, therefore, follows that only those will be succesful and blessed who not only firmly believe in the Holy Prophet Sallallaahu Alaihi Wasallam but also sing his praise as is done in Mouludhu and show their respect to him as is done in meelad majlis in which, Salaam bayt is recited standing .

Therefore , it can be said that Allaah Himself is the real Composer of this Salawath, and none else .
